Moisturizing your body skin is as important as moisturizing the skin on your face. It maintains the oil

aging. You can choose between light, medium and heavy consistencies based on your skin type.
If you have sensitive skin, try to use a gel-based moisturizer as these are very light on the skin.
But moisturizing your whole body can quite be tiresome. You can use an in-shower moisturizing
lotion. There are also many more options for this style of moisturizer and if you struggle from very
dry skin you may want to use both types.
